PDF reports
Your CEO wants a number. Your auditor wants a paper trail. Your key account wants Monthly SLA evidence. One feature covers all three.
Why you need it
The unpaid job nobody on your team wants: turn raw uptime data into a document that travels — to a board, an enterprise customer, an auditor. Slides get out of date. Notion docs don't print. Screenshots from the dashboard look amateur.
So we built the report you'd build if you had a free afternoon every month:
- Looks like a real document. Dense data, technical typography, no clipart. Bloomberg terminal meets Vercel — your customers' procurement team will print it without rolling their eyes.
- Wears your brand (Pro+). Logo on the cover, accent colour on the gradient, the StatusPulse mark moved to a small footer credit. Looks first-party.
- Six languages. The Portuguese sales team gets the Monthly in Português; London leadership gets the same numbers in English. Same data, two audiences, zero translation work.
- AI-written executive summary (Business). Claude turns the numbers into prose your CEO actually reads — not bullet points dressed up as paragraphs.
- One document, every audience. Engineering reads the latency charts; ops reads notification effectiveness; commercial reads the SLO scorecard; leadership reads the executive summary at the back. 14 sections, one PDF, four cadences.
Where it pays off
The four moments this earns its keep:
- Customer SLA evidence. Schedule the Monthly to your enterprise account; the signed download link mails itself on the 1st of every month, valid for seven days.
- Board and investor packs. The Quarterly cadence lands a week after quarter-close — ready for the deck, no copy-paste.
- Audit and compliance reviews. Annex A and B carry the raw incident table and end-of-period probe inventory. Hand it over and walk away.
- Year-end leadership wrap. The Annual cadence reads from a pre-aggregated rollup — clean 365-day report even with hundreds of probes.
Not the right tool when: you need real-time visibility (use the public status page) or an arbitrary date range like "March 15 to April 22" (only the four cadences are supported).
